Share a Kaltura video with a colleague

Kaltura provides options to share your videos with a colleague (e.g., if you are co-teaching a course).

  1. Go to Kaltura My Media  
  2. Find the item you want to share with your colleagues and press the grey pencil on the right side on the page
  3. Go to the Collaboration tab below the video 
  4. On the right side, click Add Collaborator. 
    1. Adding someone as a Co-Editor will allow them to edit the Kaltura media item.
    2. Adding someone as a Co-Publisher will allow them to publish the Kaltura media in their course. If you want your colleague to edit it with you and publish it in their course as well, select both options. 
  5. Once you have found all the colleagues you want to add, select which options you want for them and press Add
