What is a teaching dossier?
Teaching dossiers are the most effective way to demonstrate teaching effectiveness and develop strategies to improve teaching. A teaching dossier is sometimes called a portfolio, which contains documentation about your experience as an instructor. It begins with a teaching statement or philosophy and is the compendium of all of your evidence (in appendices) to support your teaching statement.

Biennial teaching activity reports
Biennial teaching activity reports are a short form of the teaching dossier. It is completed every two years for merit and governed by the Collective Agreement (June 2015 to June 2019). Our Teaching Activity Report Guidelines will be updated once the new Collective Agreement is finalized and available.
