About
The UVic’s Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) Community of Practice (CoP) aims to foster a collaborative environment for faculty/instructors and researchers to engage in the systematic study of teaching and learning. By sharing wise practices, conducting research, and exploring innovative pedagogical approaches, the CoP seeks to enhance approaches to teaching and learning in higher education grounded in evidence–based practices. The community serves as a platform for members to reflect on teaching and learning, generate new knowledge through exploring and implementing SoTL research studies, and apply evidence-based strategies to improve student learning outcomes.

This CoP is open to all UVic faculty/instructors, researchers, and staff who are interested in enhancing teaching and learning through scholarly inquiry.
