As in the past, academic accommodations will be supported through the Centre for Accessible Learning (CAL).
In-person courses
with online invigilated timed assessment components
Faculty/instructors will proceed to invigilate their online exams as they have done in the past. Support will continue to be available through LTSI in the form of Learning Experience Designers – Accessibility (LED-A) who will be available to assist instructors in addressing accommodation requirements and exam invigilation.
Blended courses
with online invigilated timed assessment components
The Online Assessment Room (OAR) is available for fully online courses (as per registration guide) that have online, invigilated, synchronous and timed assessment components (normally scheduled for 3 hours or less). These requirements must be identified within the course syllabus or in the formal exam period. It is prioritized for students with academic accommodations, international students and students experiencing short term absences.
