Can I assign my TAs to grade Crowdmark assessments?

Yes. When the Brightspace roster is synced with Crowdmark, you will be able to choose the role in Crowdmark for your TAs. One of the main features in Crowdmark is the ability to easily assign TAs to grade different assignments.

You have the option to add your TAs to an assessment when creating one. However, you will still need to notify them once the assessment has been distributed to students. You will get a message similar to the one below upon distribution of the assessment.

1.  Navigate to the Team’s tab in the assessment’s dashboard

This is a screenshot of the assessment tab. The Team tab is the first tab in the menu, located under assessment.

  1. In the top right corner, click on Send notification emails

This is a screenshot of the "Team" page, there is the option "send notification emails" which is located on the left of the "manage team" button.

The TAs will receive an email notification

This is a screenshot of the notification the TA will receive once they have been invited to grade an assignment. The notification reads: "You've been invited to help grade Exam by (name). Underneath this, there will be a button that says "go to assessment".
