Every term, a team is automatically created for your class. The following page provides information on locating and activating your course team.

Locate your Team 

  1. If you are new to teams. sign up for Office365 at onlineservices.uvic.ca 
  2. Sign into portal.office.com with your NetLink ID and passphrase and click Teams

Activate your Team

  1. You are not required to use this team – it is invisible to students unless you choose to activate it.  If you don’t wish to use teams for your course, no further action is needed.
  2. If you wish to use the team, once you’re ready for students to access a team, follow the steps on Microsoft’s support guides to activate your class team.
